At Dolce Vita, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery provided items are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure you obtain a receipt for tracking purposes until your return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
